GM Parker’s Title Defense Begins: 2–0 and Still Rolling
FANTASY

The champ isn’t slowing down. GM Parker’s BIG TREALL moved to 2–0 with a 131.5–113.8 win over Carter’s Suck my Clinton-Dix. The margin wasn’t massive, but Parker leaned on his superstar core and came out clean.
Parker’s Corner
Patrick Mahomes (22.1): The box score wasn’t huge through the air, but his legs added 66 yards and a rushing TD. That’s the kind of floor that keeps Parker safe even on “off” days.
Ja’Marr Chase (36.5): The matchup’s haymaker. Fourteen catches, 165 yards, and a score — easily the biggest performance of the week and the swing factor in Parker’s win.
Carter’s Corner
Bijan Robinson (19.8): Powered through for 143 rushing yards, looking like the focal point of Carter’s roster.
Travis Etienne (16.9): Balanced line with 89 yards and a touchdown kept Carter in range.
Jaxon Smith-Njigba (18.3): Breakout game, posting 103 yards on 10 targets. Exactly the type of WR2 Carter needed — but even with this, he couldn’t outpace Chase’s monster.
The Scorecard
Parker: 131.5
Carter: 113.8
Carter had multiple solid outings, but Parker’s WR1 delivered the single biggest blow of the matchup. Mahomes’ rushing upside made sure there was no path to an upset.
Commissioner’s Verdict
The league commissioner put it simply:
“Parker’s team is built for championships. Chase gives him a weekly edge, Mahomes covers the floor, and the rest is just filling gaps. Until somebody shuts down that combo, Parker’s the favorite.”
Bottom Line
The champ is 2–0. Chase and Mahomes did the heavy lifting, and once again Parker looks like the manager to beat. Carter showed he can compete with young stars like Bijan and JSN, but against the reigning champion, “solid” isn’t enough.
